Sir Issac Newton and..............

                              Sir Issac Newton and..............

Besides being one of the greatest scientists of all times Sir Issac Newton was a very interesting and colourful man. His life is full of interesting incidents and anecdotes. It is difficult to verify the authenticity of all the stories attributed to him. Nevertheless they are interesting and worth quoting time and again. Here is one such stories. When he was in school a senior and bigger boy kicked him at his back. He was not amused, He turned back and beat the bigger boy black and blue. How he could beat him we don't know. Not only did he beat him but also he decided to beat him at study. He studied hard with full concentration and as a result got a chance to study mathematics and csience at the prestigious Cambridge University. The rest is, as they say , history.
The moral of the story is WE ALL NEED A KICK in our life for achieving excellence in whatever we do. Of course not in the literal sense ! We need a spark in our life. A strong word from our parents  a piece of advice from our teacher or friendly suggestion from our friends or rejection by the person we love--anything may give us the 'kick' or in other words ignite the 'spark' within us and change us from within. Perhaps the 'bigger' boy did a world of good by kicking Newton. Perhaps that incident pushed him to study hard. We would never know. But it is true that we need a 'push' from somewhere to move forward. I don't believe that a man can do anything and everything he wants to do in his life. It is an absurd statement. But he can do a lot of things if he tries honestly in a disciplined way.

Learning English is no different. If you try honestly and if you feel the ''spark'' it is easy meat for you.
